Every puppy on Healthier Puppies is fully vet-checked — but more than that, every listing represents a family's new companion, and we take that seriously. We can't promise a puppy will never have a health issue over its lifetime; genetics, environment, and everyday life all play a part. What we can promise is that our breeders follow real standards before a puppy ever meets a buyer.
As a new owner, a balanced diet, regular exercise, and routine vet visits go a long way — health is a partnership between us, our breeders, and you.
What our breeders commit to
- A veterinary health check before the puppy leaves the breeder
- Age-appropriate vaccinations and de-worming, on schedule
- Honest disclosure of any known health conditions
- Vet and vaccination records provided at pickup or delivery
Our Health Guarantee
In addition to the breeder’s individual health check, every puppy is backed is backed by a dual-protection health guarantee starting the day your puppy comes home: a 21-day policy covering general and contagious illnesses, and a 6-month policy for serious congenital or hereditary defects. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a covered condition within these windows, we will work with you on [reimbursement / a replacement puppy / a refund]. Please note that this guarantee excludes conditions caused by injury, improper care, or those diagnosed after the coverage period.
